Do you ship outside the United States?

Not right now. We ship within the United States only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Coffee orders over $60 ship free to the contiguous (lower 48) states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses pay a calculated rate at checkout.

How fast will my coffee ship?

Orders normally ship 1 to 2 days after you order. Free-shipping orders go standard, which usually arrives in 2 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes. We offer free local delivery to qualifying ZIP codes in Trumbull County, Ohio, roughly a 15-mile radius around Cortland. Enter your address at checkout and Local Delivery will appear if your ZIP qualifies. See every town we cover on our local delivery page.

Can I visit the roastery or buy coffee in person?

We are a roast-and-ship operation, so there is no walk-in shop. Order online for shipping or local delivery, or find our coffee at partner cafés like Twisted Peacock Coffee in Vienna, Ohio.

Is your coffee fresh?

Yes. All of our coffee is freshly roasted in small batches in Cortland, Ohio.

Do you carry organic or Fair Trade coffee?

Yes. We carry certified Organic and Fair Trade coffees. You can shop each in its own collection.

Do you have coffee subscriptions?

Yes. Our subscriptions are flexible, and you control them: choose your coffee and how often it arrives, and make changes whenever you need to.

Do you make Keurig-compatible pods?

Yes. We offer Keurig-compatible single-serve pods filled with our freshly roasted coffee.

Do your gift cards expire?

No. Our gift cards are electronic and never expire. You can print them to give in person. If you would like a physical gift card, contact us and we will help.

What is your return policy?

Customers pay return shipping. Merch is made to order, so it cannot be returned. See our refund policy for full details.

Do you sell wholesale coffee?

Yes. We supply cafés, shops, and offices. Visit our wholesale page or contact us to set up an account.
