Shipping policy

Shipping Rates: We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with standard and expedited options available. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses in the Americas ship at the carrier rates shown at checkout. We are not able to ship to other U.S. territories at this time.

Delivery Times: Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and always within 4 business days. Standard shipping usually arrives in 2 to 5 business days, depending on distance. Expedited shipping times are shown at checkout.

Coffee: All of our coffee is freshly roasted in small batches, so you receive the freshest, tastiest coffee possible. Five-pound bags are roasted to order and may take a little longer, but in most cases ship within 4 business days.

Merchandise: Apparel, mugs and other non-coffee items are made to order and ship separately from our coffee. Merchandise shipping is charged separately and is not included in the free shipping offer.

Local Delivery: If your address is in our local delivery area, you’ll see a free local delivery option at checkout. Local delivery works with Shop Pay, but not with other accelerated checkouts such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or PayPal. We cannot make local deliveries to PO Boxes.
