Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

Discounted shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping in the lower 48 US States.  Any destination outside of the lower 48 US States will be calculated in the shopping cart to give you the lowest cost available. 

Local Delivery: 

If your order qualifies for or local delivery area, you will be prompted at checkout for free local delivery.  Local delivery works with Shop Pay, but does not work with other accelerated checkouts such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal. Note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Coffee:

All our coffee is roasted fresh and ships within four business days or less of your order. To ensure you receive the freshness, tastiest coffee possible we roast frequently in small batches.  

Five-pound bags are roasted to order, so there might be a small delay in the shipment. In most cases, your order will ship in four business days or less. 

Non-Coffee Items:

All non-coffee items, ie: Merchandise, will ship separately from one of our warehouse locations.  Shipping costs on said items are separate from coffee shipping and are not included in the free shipping promotions over a said amount.
