We buy the freshest green beans from all over the world. Each of our roasts carefully follow a specially designed profile that we created for that particular bean. We cup our roasts and update profiles over time to make sure you experience the best cup with no bitter aftertaste. We update the roast profile so you are able to taste the flavor notes in the coffee. Depending on the origin of the coffee, whatever is grown in the soil reflects what flavor notes show in the bean. Those are the flavor notes you will experience in the bean. Each roast profile is built to highlight the flavor notes in your coffee. We put the notes we taste on the bag. We encourage you to be adventurous and try something different and see if you can taste the same!
